As much as I enjoy sharing food I love with you, I enjoy sharing from my heart even more so every once in a while I like to take time to share some of what I am learning so you can look for that tomorrow. We went on vacation to Washington DC and we are trying to pack in as much as we can these next two weeks before our kids start school so we are busy, busy, busy. Every time I put together a longer post that takes more thought I end up having to let some other things go, so you have probably noticed that there have not been any recipes these last couple of weeks. I have been immersing myself in a couple of books these past few weeks and I plan on sharing a little bit of what I have been learning tomorrow. The great thing about Weight Watchers is that you make it work for YOUR lifestyle! I don’t starve myself and I ensure I’m full. Sometimes I use my weely points and other times I don’t.
